Ordering
To assure accuracy of order, an Enviro-Tote® Sales Order must
be approved prior to scheduling production time.
Ink Colors
Colors are matched based on the Pantone® Matching System at
no additional cost. Exact matching is not guaranteed. Color swatches
provided at no charge.
Custom Bags
Special styles and colors are available and will be quoted on
a per job basis.
Terms
Net 10 days for repeat orders. First time orders require prepayment
in full via credit card. A credit application may be competed
and returned for future orders and Net 10 day terms.
Over Under
We reserve the right to ship 5% over or under and bill accordingly.
Packaging
All orders packaged in bulk, unless otherwise stated or requested.
Special requirements will be quoted per job.
Shipping
F.O.B Bedford, NH unless otherwise stated. Orders are shipped
UPS Ground Trac™, insured. Manufacturer reserves the right
to determine best possible carrier. Drop shipments welcome.
Trademark
Customer has sole responsibility to comply with all trademark
and copyright requirements for symbols and marks used in artwork
for printing.
Disclaimer
Manufacturer cannot guarantee exact shade, color, size, weight,
texture or construction of finished goods. Material and handles
not guaranteed to be colorfast.
Cancellation
Orders canceled only with the written approval from Enviro-Tote®
and after payment is arranged for work already complete.
Returns
Every Enviro-Tote bag is made to order. Therefore, they are not
returnable.
